Winter Grants

In addition to offering grants to individuals in need, the Trust gives donations each Christmas time to people considered to be in need of assistance for fuel payments and other essentials over the winter period.

Previously these grants were given in the form of fuel, but these days we pay by direct bank transfer to a selected group of parishioners. The Trust does not rely on individual applications, but on a list which is compiled each year using local information and candidates put forward by trustees. If you know of anyone who would benefit from a Winter Grant, please let the Trust know.
